Planning Board

The Planning Board is an advisory board established for the purpose of advising the Select Board on all matters pertaining to land subdivision, zoning ordinances, zoning adjustments, comprehensive planning, and any other planning duties that the Select Board may specifically delegate to the planning board.

The Planning board is responsible for zoning and land use ordinances and reviewing permit applications as per the Town ordinances. They work with the Code Enforcement Officer as needed. For more information on code enforcement and permitting, please see the Code Enforcement page.
