Billing Information

Quarterly Customers
Quarterly customers are billed in January, April, July, and October. The readings used to bill reflect the usage during the previous three months. Households using less than the minimum allowance are billed the minimum. Households exceeding the allowance are billed for the extra. Minimum charges and allowances are determined by meter size. 
 
Seasonal Customers
Seasonal customers are billed the minimum annual charge in the month of June. Households exceeding the allowance are billed for excess usage in October/November. Minimum charges and allowance are determined by meter size.
